The Data Center uses Mitsubishi and Powerware UPS units. Each are equipped with the latest Power Management software interfaces and are capable of synchronizing phases for the sake of failover. The power system is fully redundant including a power grid fed from three different main transmission lines; and both natural gas and diesel generators are tied in using Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS). Power is designed to prevent overload and tripping with each rack having two separate unique circuit feeds.
